KONSERVIT, Code KVT
Food preservative in powder form. Konservit can also be dissolved in water and used in liquid form. Need not be declared on finished product. Can be used for all foods which are to be preserved without heating.
KRABBSYN, Code Kbb-K
To preserve shelled prawns and shrimps. Contains the preserving agent benzoic acid.
KRABBSYN, Code Kbb-S
To preserve unshelled prawns and shrimps. Contains the preserving agent benzoic acid.
POLLACK Solution, Code SLF/83
To mature and flavour all kinds of salmon-substitute products, e.g. shredded pollack. Contains the preserving agent benzoic acid.
