SMOKED FLAVOURING 5 SZ, Code 5 SZ

Our most versatile product. Salty in taste, suitable for all foods. Imparts a smoky flavour and aroma to meat, fish, pre-packed salads, soups, sauces and bakery products. May also be blended with other spices and flavouring agents.

SMOKED FLAVOURING 5 SR-EX, Code 5 SR-EX

This flavouring can be used in the same way as SMOKED FLAVOURING 5 SZ. However, it is ground to an especially fine powder and contains separating agents.

SMOKED DEXTROSE, Code RDEX and DEX-KO

Smoked dextrose is especially useful for enhancing the taste of foods of liquid or creamy consistency, such as soups, sauces and cheese spreads. Suitable for use in low-salt recipes.

BLACK SMOKED SPICE COATING, Code BBP-R-10

For black smoked coatings.

PAPRIKA SMOKED FLAVOURING, Code PWP3

For smoky, paprika-flavoured coatings.

YELLOW COLOURING AND FLAVOURING AGENT, Code GW

Enhances the flavour and colour of soups and sauces.

SMOKED LACTOSE, Code 5 LA-W

This flavouring is especially tasty in foods of liquid or creamy consistency, such as soups, sauces and cheese spreads.

 


Our smoked flavourings consist of salt or sugar treated with fresh smoke to obtain a smoky taste and aroma. We will be pleased to send you samples and more detailed information about each of these products on request.
