SMOKED FLAVOURING 5S, Code 5S

Our most popular and versatile product. Salty in taste, suitable for all foods, e.g. to give a smoky flavour and aroma to meat, fish, pre-packed salads, soups, sauces and bakery products. May also be blended with other spices and flavouring agents.

SMOKED FLAVOURING 5SR extra fine, Code 5 SR-EX

This flavouring can be used in the same way as SMOKED FLAVOURING 5S. However, it is ground to an especially fine powder and contains separating agents for special purposes.

SMOKED DEXTROSE, Code RDEX and DEX-KO

For a smoky flavour. This flavouring is especially tasty in foods of liquid or creamy consistency, such as soups, sauces and cheese spreads. Suitable for use in low-salt recipes.

BLACK SMOKED SPICE COATING, Code BBP/78

Smoked flavouring, used in the meat industry to produce black smoked coating.

PAPRIKA SMOKED FLAVOURING, Code PWP3

In the food industry as a flavouring, can also be used to make a paprika smoked coating.

FUMAL-EXTRAKT, Code Fu-Ex,

Extract of natural smoke. In liquid form. Suitable for all foods.

YELLOW COLOURING AND FLAVOURING AGENT, Code GW

Enhances flavour and colour of soups and sauces.

RED COLOURING AND FLAVOURING AGENT, Code ROG

Enhances flavour and gives reddish colour to meat and fish products.

SMOKED LACTOSE, Code 5 LA-W

For a smoky flavour. This flavouring is especially tasty in foods of liquid or creamy consistency, such as soups, sauces and cheese spreads.


Our smoked flavourings are themselves food products treated with fresh smoke to obtain a smoky taste and aroma. We will be pleased to send you samples and more detailed information about each of these products on request.
